 Tri-Dormer

This stately tri-dormered home was built in the late-nineties. 

                 

Note how steep the pitch of the roof is.  This allows room for a second story inside the house, even though the roof line comes all the way down to the top of the first floor.  It also creates great rooms like the one to the left.  It is a very impressive room to walk into when entering the house, spanning up through both stories with the staircase echoing the sweep of the ceiling. 

We constructed this multi-level deck off the back of the house, shielded on three sides by the house itself, but still open to the sun and with a gorgeous view out the back.
